If you own about 2 hectares of land and would like to lease it for a photovoltaic power plant, contact us. We will evaluate the location and present you with investment options.
For each project, we establish a separate Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). This entity holds all rights and contracts related to the project, in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
After project development is completed, the SPV is sold to one or more investors through an asset or share deal transaction. Multiple projects can also be bundled into a single SPV.

Unigea Solar Projects GmbH (“Unigea”), founded in 2007, is a specialized project development company for large utility-scale photovoltaic projects. Our current regional focus is Germany, and we are moving forward to realize international PV projects.
Unigea is headquartered in Berlin, Germany, with a branch office in Vienna, Austria. From these two locations we cover all international operations.
Most of Unigea's team members have led project development and implementation at multinational enterprises. In total, we have contributed to the implementation of more than 50 PV plants on three continents with a total capacity of over 1.130 MWp.
Hydrogen can power electricity, heat, transport, and chemical industries. When produced from renewable sources, it becomes a key element of a sustainable and reliable energy system. Based on two research projects and in cooperation with industry and science partners, we developed the concept of harvesting hydrogen by directly feeding an electrolyzer with PV current on the DC level. We are now implementing this concept in a pilot project, a technology that will facilitate and accelerate Unigea's future growth.
